Carrie Brigham

Director of Development

Carrie Brigham is the Director of Development for Westminster Schools of Augusta.

She is responsible for the myriad of duties required to make Westminster fundraising efforts a success. She plans the annual auction, executes all initiatives for the Westminster Fund, directs sponsorship programs and oversees the Marketing and Communications Department, in addition to other responsibilities.

A graduate of Presbyterian College with a Political Science degree, she met her husband, Breck, while in school. After graduation, she moved to Atlanta where she worked in sales. After marrying Breck, she relocated to Savannah where she continued in the sales field with Ferguson Enterprises. A change in job for her husband brought the Brighams back to Augusta and Carrie took time with her children as a stay-at-home mom to her children, Breck III and Palmer.

Carrie joined Westminster’s staff in 2008 and the year over year giving to the Westminster Fund increased by more than 30% under her leadership that first year. She oversees a team of volunteers and works directly with the Headmaster and Board of Trustees to steer the annual giving campaign.

Carrie has been an active volunteer in the community, including strong roles in Junior League of Augusta and at First Presbyterian Church with the women’s ministry. She serves on the State GOAL committee which helps secure funds for students moving from public school to private school.
