Lower School Raises Over $9,000
Following two weeks of learning and practicing various jumping styles, as well as student choreographed routines, Jump Rope for Heart came to an end. Two hundred and thirteen students, ranging from grades 1-5, participated and 129 donations were made!
A total of $9,455.25 was collected for the American Heart Association! Fifth grade student, Lauren Starrette (pictured), was the top fundraiser with at total of $550.00 in contributions. American Heart Association Representative, Cindy Miller was on campus on Thursday to congratulate Lauren. She also expressed gratitude to Mrs. Tebbs and the WSA community for their on-going participation in this annual event.
